On July 12, the Diamond State BBC played host to the Excelsior BBC of Milford. The first match of the day saw the Blue and Black jump out to an early lead that they were unable to hold on to, falling by the final tally of 8-6. In the second game of the day, the Diamond State strikers were never able to get rolling, dropping a difficult 11-1 decision.
