Diamond State Elects Board, Captains

At their annual pre-season meeting, the Diamond State Base Ball Club elected a new Board as well as captains for the 2014 season.

The newly-elected Board members are:

President: Jeff “Swampy” Kabacinski
Vice President: Matthew “Black Bart” Bartnicki
Secretary/Treasurer: Chris “Ring” Goering

The outgoing Board of John “El Jefe” Medkeff, Scott “Stretch” Rawding, and Doug “One Finger” Brown were founding members of DSBBC and piloted the club from humble beginnings six years ago to a well-respected team within Vintage Base Ball and the Delaware community.

Elections for 2014 Field Captains were also conducted during the meeting.  The team will be lead on the field by:

Field Captain: Matthew “Black Bart” Bartnicki
Assistant Field Captain: Sonny “Dewey Devil” Maiorano
Assistant Field Captain: Jeff “Gator” Wallace
