DSBBC Names 2011 Captains
February 22, 2011 – The Diamond State Base Ball Club today announced the appointment of their Field Captains for the upcoming 2011 season. Garrett ‘Steady’ Perdick, the Assistant Captain for the previous two seasons, will jump up to the role of Field Captain. Frank ‘Flying Dutchman’ Brevoort will take over as Assistant Captain. The new position of Third Captain is being handled by Chris ‘Ring’ Goering.
Diamond State opens its 2011 season on Saturday, April 9 on the road versus Mid Atlantic Vintage Base Ball League Eastern Division rival the Eclipse BBC of Elkton.
